• This course enables you to grasp the fundamental processes, techniques and concepts needed to fulfil the requirements of an ISO 22000 audit for Food Safety Management System (FSMS). This course provides you with an overview of key FSMS components, FSMS procedures, audit policy, performance measures, auditing techniques, compliance requirements, process enhancements, follow-up audits, etc.
• This course is open to any individual participating in any process to enhance the FSMS in an organization.
