• This course intends to help you understand the key techniques, polices, approaches applied to a successful ISO 22301 audit for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). You will be initiated into key BCMS components like: BCMS procedures, BCMS best practices, BCMS code of ethics, identifying threats to the firm’s operations, internal audit, designing a Business continuity plan relevant to the context of the firm, mitigating impact of disruptive incidents, reducing recovery time, enhancing the BCMS, maintaining conformity to ISO 22301.
• This course is open to any individual participating in any process to enhance the BCMS in an organization.
